Our compensation plan includes base pay plus bonus that is based solely on cash flow and is not capped. General Managers can expect earnings in the $50,000-70,000 range. - Managers are scheduled for a 5-day work week, targeted at 50-55 hours per week (subject to business needs)

Frisch's remains committed to providing managers with the best training possible. The initial nine-week program offers exposure to all aspects of our restaurants. Classroom and hands-on training are incorporated as well. Our proven methods give each manager the resources needed to be successful. Additional development is offered through the Leadership Development Institute. These programs go beyond management basics and are designed to enhance your management skills.
