At Frisch's Golden Corral we offer amazing opportunities to grow your career. We are one of the largest and fastest growing franchisees in the Golden Corral system. Management positions are available in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Our compensation plan includes base pay plus bonus that is based solely on cash flow and is not capped. General Managers can expect earnings in the $55,000 - $75,000 range. • Managers are scheduled for a 5-day work week, targeted at 55 hours per week (subject to business needs)

• Join our 401(k) plan after 90 days - Contribute up to 25% of pre-tax pay. Company matches 10% on each dollar up to 18%

Frisch's remains committed to providing managers with the best training possible. The initial three-phase twelve-week program offers exposure to all aspects of our restaurants. Classroom and hands-on training are incorporated as well. Our proven methods give each manager the resources needed to be successful. Additional development is offered through the Leadership Development Institute. These programs go beyond management basics and are designed to enhance your management skills.
