Do I need a Frisch’s account to participate in Big Boy Rewards?

How do I redeem rewards?
First, make sure you have your app or phone number ready before you get to the register. On the Rewards screen press the Redeem button. From here you can select a reward and press the next Redeem button to produce a QR code. When you get to the register, scan your QR code or enter your phone number to redeem your reward.
How do I claim my free appetizer or dessert for signing up?
Thanks for signing up! Your sign up offer will be available to redeem 1 hour after creating an account. The offer will expire within 60 days.
How do I refer a friend? What do I get if they visit?
Share your invite code by selecting ‘Invite Friends’ in the app menu. You’ll get 35 points when they sign up using your invite code and make their first purchase.

How do I receive my Birthday reward?
When you sign up to Big Boy Rewards, be sure to tell us your birthday and we will not forget about you! You will start to receive your birthday emails directly through the app. You will also receive email alerts to remind you of your available offers.
Where are my points?
Points will take 1 hour to be awarded to your profile, following a purchase and entry.
This app sounds amazing, but I don’t have a smartphone…can I sign up?
Visit Frischs.com/lp/big-boy-rewards-app to set up an account with your phone number. When you go into the restaurant ask the cashier if they can look up your phone number to add your Big Boy Rewards. The location can award you points via the point of sale system and you can check on your profile on our website.
Will you share my information in my Big Boy Rewards account?
No, your information will remain private and not be shared.
What type of phone do I need to use the app?
The Big Boy Rewards app is available on iOS and Android devices. You can find the app in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
Can I redeem my points for cash?
No, points and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can anyone enroll in Big Boy Rewards?
Yes, if you’re over the age of 13 you can be a member of Big Boy Rewards.
Is there a fee for enrolling in the Big Boy Rewards?
No, this program is free!
What do I do if I forget my username and/or password?
On the login screen, click the ‘Reset Password’ link and share your email. You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I earn points?
You’ll get 1 point for every $1 you spend (excluding tax and gift card purchases). Points may be redeemed for select menu items. Points will also be added to your profile an hour after purchase.
What do I do if I am unable to scan my barcode?
Share your barcode’s number at the register and we’ll be happy to manually enter your redemption code for you.
Can I share my rewards with my family?
If your family shares one phone, then yes you can share rewards, but you cannot transfer points or rewards between accounts.
Can accounts be combined?
No, accounts cannot be combined.
Can I scan someone else’s barcode to earn points?
You can only earn points for purchases you have made. Make sure to tell your friends how great the app is so they can start earning points. Send them your invite code and you’ll score points the first time they scan a receipt!
How do I redeem offers?
You’ll find offers in the Rewards section of the app. Then you’ll redeem the offer the same exact way you redeem rewards.
Do I have to use all my points at once?
No, you may save and build up points for later!
Do I have to use my offers at once?
Once you hit redeem on the offer you will have 4 hours to use the offer before it disappears. If this happens, your points will not go away — so dont be alarmed. You can simply reactivate the offer.
Can I receive cash back with the Big Boy Rewards?
No, cash back is not an option with Big Boy Rewards.
Can I use a Frisch’s coupon together with another coupon?
Unless otherwise stated, coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or offers. Please note that only one reward may be used per order.
Do I earn points for my online & curbside purchases?
Be sure to sign in to your loyalty account when placing an online & curbside order and your points will automatically be added to your account!
How can I redeem rewards with an online order?
Go to the Punchh App or Login through www.frischs.com (click order on either one). Then Log In to the Punchh Account by Clicking ‘Login with Punchh’ Go to the Rewards tab at the bottom of the app screen, select a reward & hit Redeem. Once you select your reward, it will ask you to choose your reward again. After finalizing your choice, a notification will appear.
Can I redeem points with my delivery order?
Yes! Points may be redeemed after you place a delivery order. Please save your receipt and visit the Big Boy Rewards app. Then, click into the Earn button. Here you can scan the barcode on your receipt or enter the barcode number. Please remember you have 7 days after your purchase to claim rewards from your receipt.
Do my reward points ever expire?
Yes, reward points expire 365 days from the day they are rewarded. Be sure to use them so you’re never caught losing out on your hard-earned rewards. You will receive a notification 30 days ahead of expiration – and a final notification 7 days before they expire.
I made an eligible purchase at a Frisch’s restaurant, but it is not reflected in my rewards account, how do I resolve that?

Is the Big Boy Rewards app secure?
Yes. We take security and privacy very serious. We never sell or release your information and we never see or share your passwords.
Why do I need to sign up with Facebook?
You don’t have to sign up with Facebook, but if you do you’ll score 10 free points.
What information do you access from my Facebook profile? Do you post to my wall?
We will see your general information and the email address associated with your Facebook profile. When you leave feedback in the app you can elect to post this on your Facebook wall.
Why does Frisch’s require my location?
We use your favorite location so we can send you sweet deals and offers where you live.
How long do I have to scan my receipt?
Receipts must be scanned within seven (7) days of purchase. If you scan your receipt after seven days, you will receive an error message. The receipt is no longer valid and you will not earn points.
I received a birthday offer, where did it go?
Birthday offers are only valid for a limit amount of time. Guests have to redeem offer the week of your birthday.
I tried to check in a receipt and it says “Check in limit reached”.
For security purposes, we limit the guest to a certain amount of scans per day, and a minimum amount of time required between two scans. The suggestion to guests would be to wait and try again at a later time.
How will I be notified that I have earned a reward?
As a guest, you will receive an email and/or push notification. Please note, you will not receive any push notifications when logged out of the app.
Can the guest earn points on a receipt from 2 weeks ago?
For security purposes, a receipt older than 7 days will not be accepted by the app.
