•   All W-2 forms are available online through ADP. Visit https://my.adp.com to access your documents.

•   If you chose to have your W-2 mailed, it was sent on January 17, 2025, to the address on file.

•   If you have moved, please file a Change of Address with your local U.S. Postal Service Office and/or contact the IRS to request Form 4852.
